The ENHANCE Podcasts aim to give voice to learners, adult learning and education practitioners, and policymakers through both symbolic and practical means, while also striving to include direct democratic processes in decision making through podcasting episodes.

Within the context of prisons, this means that prisoners should be provided with continuous access to quality education, from the first day of their sentence to beyond their release. But how is this happening in practice? What structures enable or hinder access to learning in these contexts, and particularly learning that’s shaped by the learner?
